Stitch Mail Club is a monthly subscription that delivers one surprise hand-painted needlepoint canvas to your door each month.

Each month’s canvas is a surprise based on a theme. Themes are announced mid-month for the following month on our social media channels.

Subscriptions are billed automatically on the1st of each month.

Orders typically ship within thefirst week of the month. Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to holidays or production schedules.

Yes. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account.
Please make any changesat least 5 days prior to the 1st of the month. We cannot guarantee changes made after that time.

No. All Stitch Mail Club canvases are final sale. These are surprise designs and are valued higher than the subscription price. You are welcome to destash or gift a canvas if it isn’t your style.

Each month includescanvas and extra treats depending on your tier.

Mesh size varies depending on the design. Petite Party canvases are often on 18 mesh, but mesh size is not guaranteed. We select the mesh that best suits each design.

Yes! If your Stitch Mail Club is shipping around the same time as another order we will try to combine postage! 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses.

Some Stitch Mail Club designs may be exclusive to the club for a period of time and may not be released publicly.

We use seasonal themes but generally avoid religious themes to ensure Stitch Mail Club works for as many members as possible.
