Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS, depending on the option selected during checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Shipping Rates: Orders within the United States over $50 qualify for free shipping. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any customs fees or import taxes applicable in your country.
  • Address Accuracy:Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages:We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Return Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our needlepoint canvases and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders for physical items may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at lisacombsdolan1@gmail.com. Please note that digital downloads (such as charts and stitch guides) are automatically delivered during checkout and are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to orders shipping to all US States. Please be aware that sales tax rates and applicable states are subject to change.
